A New Approach To Learning
Meet Kem
Kem, 28, is the Learn Wild Founder. He has over 10 years of experience working with children and young adults, currently seeing over 40 children every week ranging from 8 years old to 18!
Kem has seen how young people are becoming more and more disengaged and disillusioned with education. After working with so many different individuals of all ages, he has the experience to unlock every child's potential by continually adapting and evolving his teaching style.
Why learn wild?
Key life skills like discipline, independent learning, and revision strategy are simply not given enough attention in mainstream schools. It’s hard enough for teachers to manage a class of 30, let alone give each child the required individual support to flourish. At Learn Wild, we provide both support and structure catered for each child’s specific needs. Some children are not challenged and get away with just doing enough, while others fall by the wayside and can’t keep up. In a time where the average attention span (especially in children) is getting ever shorter, a new approach is required to educate children. We also offer group sessions and alternative methods like outdoor learning combined with sport; we keep things fun and engaging!
What do we OFFER?
“My son was achieving grade 6s at the start of his tutoring with Kem and really wanted to achieve a 7 in his GCSE’s for maths. He loved going to Kem on a weekly basis and looked forward to going which isn’t always the way with a tutor. He achieved a grade 8 which we were all so thrilled with and he probably couldn’t have done that without Kem’s help and support. We would highly recommend Kem who is also a lovely guy!”

Marcus & Huey
Marcus and Huey are perfect examples of how small amounts of consistent effort are key for GCSE. Both boys began working with Kem in September of Year 11, starting at a Grade 6 level. By completing both a one to one lesson and past papers each week, the boys gradually progressed to Grade 7 in their final mocks.
By also plugging gaps and working on weak areas, both Marcus and Huey got an 8 in their Maths GCSE!
Nathan started working with Kem in February of Year 13, having achieved an E in his Maths mock. After putting a revision plan in place and working exceptionally hard, he completely turned it around and got a B (only a few marks of an A)! Nathan is the perfect example of how it’s never too late to get some structure in place, even if it’s not your best subject!
Nathan
James was in Year 13 when he began tutoring with Kem. He was studying Maths at A-Level, and achieved Bs and Cs in his mock exams. After working hard on past papers and challenging himself with the toughest questions on each topic, he ended up achieving an A* in his final exam!
